Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Our Returns Department typically takes 5-7 business days after receiving an item to issue you a gift card. You will receive an email once your gift card has been issued.

If you have not received an order shipment confirmation email, please send us an email requesting and order cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Once you receive your item you can take advantage of our easy returns/ exchange process and be issued a store credit as stated in our return policy or exchange for a different product. I need to change my shipping address
Please email us with your correct shipping details as soon as possible. In the event that your order has already been shipped, please send us an email and we will work with you to get your items to the correct address.
I received a tracking number but my status has not been updated
Our system emails you as soon as your order is being processed by our warehouse team with a shipping confirmation. When we are experiencing an increase in packing times from when you received the initial email to when your package physically leaves our warehouse. Please check the tracking link for further information. If your tracking information has not been updated, please contact your shipping provider, we have the same information as you once your order has been received by the shipping provider.
Please contact them about shipments prior to contacting us as we will also advise you to contact the shipping provider.
My item doesn't fit/ I don't like it and I would like to return it
