Shipping options and fees
For each order, we offer both standard and express delivery options within Belgium, Senegal and to more than 150 countries across the world.
Note that the price of delivery varies depending on the destination and the selected delivery method.
Additional taxes or custom fees may be applied at the port of the entry of the recipient country. Please note that we do not cover duty and taxes applicable in the recipient country. Those will be paid by the receiver. Custom fees or taxes vary between individual countries.
If your are unsure about customs in your country, please visit your country customs website or contact customs office.
We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however we do not take responsibility for any delays ans extra fees that may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.
It is the customer responsibility to cover any additional import duties, customs ans taxes
After the manufacturing period, your orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days for Belgium, 4 to 8 days for Europe, and 5 to 15 days for destinations outside these locations.
If les Moussors de Awa receives no communication from you, within 14 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the goods, you are deemed o have received the goods in full working order and with no problems.
IF GOODS HAVEN’T BEEN RECEIVED WITHIN 14 WORKING DAYS, NOTIFY US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND CONTACT YOUR LOGISTIC COMPANY WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER TO LOCATE YOUR PARCEL.
Exceeding this deadline may in no case be held against Les Moussors de Awa, nor give rise to a cancellation of the contract or any compensation for damages.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
Unless otherwise stated, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and return your order in whole or in part. To do this, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating why you would like to return your order.
POP UP SALES ITEMS, FINAL SALE ITEMS AND ITEMS ON SALE CANNOT BE RETURNED.
IN AGREEMENT WITH OUR LIMITED-EDITION ITEMS, WE DO NOT PROCEED TO EXCHANGES.
In accordance with our conditions of purchase, we invite you to respect the following conditions for each return or exchange:
- Any return or exchange must be the subject of a prior request. Upon receipt of the package, you have 14 days to inform Les Moussors de Awa and submit your request for return.
- Items must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all labels affixed and intact and with their original packaging. They must be accompanied with the original sales invoice and a printed copy of the fully completed return form. Les Moussors de Awa reserves the right to refuse any return for which the sender cannot be identified or in cases where the specified return procedures have not been respected.
- The package to be returned must be returned within 7 calendar days after Les Moussors de Awa has been informed of your intention to cancel your purchase. Once this period has expired, we will no longer be able to accept the return, which will be returned to you at your expense.
- We can give you gift card with the amount for shopping in our e-shop
- All returns are made at the Customer’s expense.
- Couture turban are made to measure and cannot be refunded. For these creations, mention will be made of the non-possibility of exchange or refund.
IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT DOESN'T MATCH YOUR ORDER IN SIZE OR COLOR, PLEASE CONTACT email@example.com TO SETTLE THE ISSUE.
IN SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES, IF YOU ARE APPROVED FOR AN EXCHANGE, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED TO DISCUSS YOUR OPTIONS.
We do offer a refund on regular priced items only upon returns and after review. Pop sales items, final sale items and items on sale cannot not be returned or refunded.
Les Moussors de Awa reserves the right to propose to the Customer an exchange or an adaptation of the returned product. In default of acceptance, reimbursement of the purchase will be made within 30 calendar days after receipt of the package, in the currency used when purchasing.
Note that all the items will be examined before accepting the return and will only be accepted if the conditions described above have been fully respected.
The refund will then be made directly on the card used to purchase the returned item, in the same currency.
Pre-orders items cannot be refund, a sotre credit will be issued upon return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you thar we have received your returned item.
In case your refund is not approved, a discount equivalent to the sum of the returned articles will be offered for further purchase.
Refund requested regarding damaged or lost items can be sorted with an item remplacement or a store credit upon review.
